Literacy Course
We are running a Story Sacks course starting on Monday 12th September 9:00-11:00am. with Lynne Turney. This is set for 6 weeks and will be followed by a 15 week course leading to a qualification in Literacy.
There is a crèche for the under 5s.
Numeracy Course
This is also a “Keeping Up With The Children” course which shows students how their children learn Numeracy in school, giving them the knowledge to help them with their homework, and gain a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification.
It’s not like being at school; the course is relaxed and friendly.
Crèche available for the under 5’s
Working With Children Course
The course provides a framework for learners to gain the knowledge required to work in a Pre-school or as a Learning Support Assistant in a school.
It will support learners as they develop their employment prospects by gaining a recognised Level 1 qualification. The course involves a placement in an Early Years or school setting.
Crafts Course
There is a crafts course starting on Monday 12th September at 1:00-3:00pm.
This will run for 4 weeks with Lynne Turney.
