The church of St. Barnabas the Encourager is located on the Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire border near Camberley and Fleet and serves the communities of Darby Green, Blackwater, Frogmore and Yateley. St. Barnabas church is an Evangelical Christian church of the Anglican tradition.

Bethany Rose McGowan born on 2 April 2009 is now rapidly heading towards the exit of Reading hospital. Weighing in at just 1lb 7oz the three month premature babe had an interesting start to her life, but now over 2lb heavier, no longer in an incubator and able to feed properly and hold her own temparature, her trip to home in Sandhurst seems only a short time away.
The Kings and McGowans thank all members of St Barnabas and others across the country for their prayers which have made a huge difference.
